Egg & "Sausage" Casserole


Fast & easy to make, delicious and healthy.

Cook in skillet on med/high heat:
1 Ib Turkey Sausage (1/2 the fat and sodium)
1/2 tsp italian seasoning
1/4 cup chopped onion
(Drain if needed)

Meanwhile:
Cube 8 pieces of whole grain bread

Mix:
12 eggs
1 cup milk
2 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp pepper
2 cups grated cheese

Lightly grease 9x13 pan. Preheat oven to 375.
Lay bread in pan. Dump turkey sausage over it. Pour egg mixture over and mix. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
