Banana Muffins & Bread

Makes 12 muffins or 1 loaf

2 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 tsp allspice
1 tsp cinnamon

Add and mix in:
3-4 mashed bananas
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/3 cup canola oil
1 tsp vanilla

Mix and top with chopped walnuts (if desired).

Pour into well greased 12 muffin pan OR 1 well greased loaf pan. Bake at 375-- muffins for 20 minutes and loaf for 35 or until knife comes out clean when inserted in the middle.
