Serves 2 (10 Meatballs)
Freeze: Yes- Bake and then freeze
Leftovers: we've never had any in this house! :)
Prep/cook time: 45
Mix in bowl:
1 Ib ground beef
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1/4 cup onion
1/8 cup chopped green pepper
dash of salt and pepper
1 tsp BBQ seasoning (if you have it)
Form into 1 inch meatballs. Place in ungreased deep dish pan. Coat with BBQ sauce.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Take out and "flip" over the meatballs. Coat again with BBQ sauce. Place back in oven for another 10-15 minutes.
