Breaded Pork

Serves 2
Reheats: okay

Preheat oven to 425
Grease 9x9 pan

Mix in bowl:
1/4 cup melted butter
1 egg
1/4 cup milk

Mix on plate:
3/4 cup crushed crackers (I prefer saltines)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 tsp italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt

Dip 2 pork pieces in egg mixture and then in bread mixture.

Place pieces in greased pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Take out and flip pieces, bake for another 15.
