Pork & Gravy

Serves 2
Freeze: No
Leftovers: There is usually gravy left over and it does reheat well
Prep/Cook time: 1 hour

Season 2 Pork pieces with:
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp italian seasonings

Brown both sides of pork pieces in 2 tbls butter over Med/High Heat

Place pork pieces in 9x9 pan with 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup milk & 1/4 chopped onion. Cover and bake at 350 for 50 minutes.

This makes enough gravy for the pork and mash potatoes!
