Breakfast Pockets

Family recipe!

Makes:8 pockets
Prep Time:20
Cook Time:20
Ready In:40

1 12oz package pork sausage or ground beef seasoned w/ sausage spices (browned and well drained)
1 cup shredded carrots
3 green onions (chopped)
2 cups shredded jack cheese
1 tsp yellow mustard
1 tsp italian seasoning
1 tbls parmesan cheese
1 tsp pepper
2 eggs
2 cans of Pillsbury cresent rolls

Preheat oven to 375.
In large bowl combine first 9 ingredients.
Roll out dough onto ungreased 9x13 baking pan. Separate dough into 8 rectangles. Press perforations to seal.
Spoon 1/3 cup mixture into each.
Fold dough over filling. Press edges to seal.
Bake 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
