Whole Wheat Pancakes



No sugar added- yay!

In medium bowl mix:
2 eggs
1/8 cup canola oil
1/4 cup apple juice
2 cups milk
2 tbls lemon juice

Add:
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup ground oats
2 tsp baking soda
dash of salt

On a griddle sprayed with PAM over medium heat, pour 1/4 cup of batter. Brown each side. **Due to the whole wheat these turn out darker than a white flour pancake.
