Whole Wheat Poppy Seed Muffins



Makes 24 muffins

Mix:
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup apple juice or cider
1 cup canola oil

Mix in:
1 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 tsp almond exract

Mix in JUST until mixed:
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbls poppy seeds
3 3/4 cup whole wheat flour

Bake at 350 for 17 minutes.
