Spicy Oatmeal Crisps

Fast, light and delicious!

Preheat oven to 325. Line cookie sheet with tin foil.

In large bowl combine:
2 cups oats
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp allspice

Add in:
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 cup coconut oil (or more butter) melted
1/4 cup honey
2 tbls milk

Drop rounded tbsps onto tinfoiled baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes until edges are golden brown.

Cool cookies on foil. Lift edges off tin foil and peel cookies off.
