Dehydrated Fruit

It's fall and we have a lot of fruit!
Anjou pears, barlett pears and nectarines.

Slice into flat even pieces (one side should not be thicker). Lay on dehydrator trays. Dehydrate on high.
6-10 hours for bartlett pears, nectarines and apples
8-12 hours for anjou pears
Check the last few hours- every hour. The pieces should feel like leather. 

If you tear them apart there should not be a bead of moisture.
