Make Ahead Dinner Rolls

Super easy and they tasted great!

Prepare Ahead Dinner Rolls
(good for Thanksgiving or Easter when you have a lot going on)
1 cup warm water
4 1/2 tsp yeast
1 tsp honey
1/2 c melted butter
1/2 c sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp salt
2 1/2 c white flour
2 c ww pastry flour

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and immediately chill 2 hours-4 days. When ready to bake take golf ball sized pieces, roll and place squished together in a greased 9x13 pan. Let rise 1 hour and then bake at 325 for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
