Goals & Purpose

I'm in the process of collecting, tweaking and perfecting my recipes so that I can have them printed in a book for myself and friends.

I create and tweak recipes with the goal of; eating organic and nutural foods, eating more veggies, saving money, having leftovers and only using what I have on hand! I use everyday ingredients (no- I don't have tarragon on hand... or mediterrian shell fish) and create substitutions if a recipe calls for something the average person couldn't find in their pantry.

Many ask for my recipes to experiment with themselves so please try these recipes and leave your feedback, suggestions or own creations!
